Oak Beach
In this project, we completed a full overhaul of the house, lifting it and adding an extension to connect the lower floors to the breezeway. We installed numerous new windows, upgraded to Hardie board and batten siding, and built a stunning three-story deck. An elevator shaft was also added, along with many other enhancements to elevate both functionality and aesthetic appeal

Hauppauge
For this project, we added a back extension to create a new living room space adjacent to the kitchen. A new dormer was installed at the front to expand the bedroom area, and we opened up the main living space to create an inviting open floor plan that beautifully complements the brand-new kitchen. Throughout the home, we also installed all-new flooring and trim as well as new siding and front porch to enhance the overall aesthetic and curb appeal.
Old Brookville ​
This project involved creating a stunning marble bathroom, where we reinforced the floor to support the complete renovation. We also upgraded the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance. The result is a beautiful and durable space that seamlessly combines elegance with functionality.

Flowerhill
For this one, we completed a brand-new kitchen featuring all-new flooring refinish, along with custom trim, cabinetry, plumbing, and electrical fixtures. This stunning space is equipped with modern appliances, including stove and refrigerator, ensuring both style and functionality.
